Quite enjoyable - and that's considering I don't like french fries.
They baked up nice and quickly - crunchy on the outside, with a bit of soft-moist potato inside. Just be careful not to over cook them - they cook really quick!
The flavour is quite light, but in a nice way. No offensive flavours at all - just a light herb taste with a lemon aftertaste.
