Louis & Marie Hazelnut Semifreddo

If you like Ferrero Rocher chocolates you're going to LOVE this dessert.

It has an intense hazelnut flavour along with a very sweet syrup.

Sweet, soft, delicate, crunchy, sticky, creamy, rich - it's a whole experience.

Defrosts at room temperature in a few minutes and is ready to eat.

It's quite delicate to slice through the different layers - with the meringue layer leaving a lasting crunch as it's consumed.

The only issue is it's a little too sweet - could have been made into smaller portions.
