As I opened the packaging the first thing I noticed was the cocoa powder - it had spilled everywhere and left and strong odour of rich dark chocolate. A real chocolate lover would be thrilled - but I wasn't so sure about the mess it left behind.
Looking in I saw the triangle peeks of the tiramisu - an interesting design that sets it apart as a premium dessert.
After only a few minutes at room temperature it was ready to try.
The filling was soft and creamy - but the cocoa was again had an overpowering flavour. The cake layer was a bit thin - but was moist with the coffee liqueur - which flavour punch through and lingered.
It was a nice dessert but could have been better - less cocoa powerder and a thicker cake layer.
