Cheese cake doesn't get much more convenient than this - simply pull out of the freezer, cut off a slice and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
Biscuit base and crumbs are decent quality - not overly oily or buttery.
Just one tip - eat it before it's completely defrosted so it can be enjoyed cool and slightly dense. If you leave it too long it loses the typical denseness you get from a cheesecake.
