Quick and easy to cook up in the microwave – but does leak and make a mess – so don’t forget a plate under the bag!
The fish is decent quality – it’s real fish, not processed – and has no bones.
The sauce was an unusual but quite nice flavour. I don't eat very much ginger, so it was refreshing to find something that uses it so well.
