Steamed up quick and easy in the microwave - but left an awful steamy mess inside.
The fish piece was smaller than expected, but was large enough to make a small meal.
The chilli and coconut milk made it taste like a red Thai curry - but not too spicy - mild spice and flavour, enough to allow the fish taste to come through.
