Extremely plain meat - but deliberately plain.
It's boiled chicken, with beans and broccoli - no spice, no salt.
It's real chicken - not processed chicken - so that gives it some natural flavour.
The chicken was kind of dry and chewy - but I may have over-cooked it.
I wish it had less beans and more broccoli.
