If I had to describe this in one word - I would say "unusual".
The sweet potato was boiled, or perhaps par-boiled because it was still quite solid with some pieces being hard and rubbery.
Spinach does not bode well in the freezer - it was a wet texture-less, flavourless mess - like eating snot.
The sauce was somehow unevenly experienced. It was as if half the liquid was just water and occasionally you would get the salty-creamy sauce.
The redeeming factor are the peas - they had an unexpected crunch and flavour.
However - not good enough for me to want to try again!
