Never judge a book by its cover – and in this case – that includes frozen vegetables !
The packaging looked fresh and exciting but the contents were sloppy and unappealing.
The sweet potato was rich and soft and the feta cheese added a nice sharpness - but the soggy kale ruined it.
It’s also worth noting that the instructions require you to cook in the packaging standing up – but the size makes it difficult to fit without scraping the roof of the microwave. I don’t think they thought this through enough.
