Never judge a book by its cover - and in this case - that includes frozen vegetables !
The packaging looked fresh and exciting but the contents were sloppy and unappealing.
It was sweet and creamy, the corn had a nice "fresh" crunch - but overall it just looked and felt like a wet, sloppy corn salad.
It's also worth noting that the instructions require you to cook in the packaging standing up - but the size makes it difficult to fit without scraping the roof of the microwave. I don't think they thought this through enough.

I loved this product and am disappointed it is no longer available in any of my local stores .
I poured the contents into a pyrex dish and put in the microwave, then when almost hot added shredded chicken or left over coucous. Great easy meal after a long day at work or when away for the weekend in the motor home. Convenient size for one person and fits into little motor home freezer :)
We loved it. Perfect when added to a burrito bowl.

I like it! Quick add to any meal, or just with egg fried rice easily made in a microwave.
I freeze portions of nearly cooked rice to fix dinner with, like by adding an egg with a bit of oil and microwave to make egg 'fried' rice to have with 'oh my veg' .... looking to copy the Mexican street corn atm as iv none in stock.
Has the benefits of a saucy flavour with the mix.
