Zero prep vegetables - lots of colour and healthy flavours.
I cooked mine in the oven with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar - and they turned out really nice.
They did take MUCH longer to cook than the instructions - instructions said 30-35 minutes but cooked them for closer to 1 hour 30 minutes !
They was LOTS of liquid which I ended up draining out.
It also cooked down quite a bit, making only two meals worth of roast vegetables.
Still good value, super easy and healthy.
