Easy to follow instructions – with individually wrapped and numbered ingredients – just follow the steps.
Great taste - plenty of flavour and spice - just like you would expect from a Thai green curry. But could do with a splash of fresh lime or lemon.
Only tip is to rinse the bamboo shoots with plenty fresh water.
